TownX Real Estate Development was founded in 2017 and is based at Boulevard Plaza, Downtown Dubai. It publishes a delivery record that can be checked against Dubai Land Department dates: Easy18 (2019) and Easy19 (2021) in International City, then Luma21 (2023), Luma22 (2024) and the 600-home Luma Park Views (October 2025, more than eight months early) in Jumeirah Village Circle — 1,454 apartments in five buildings, four of them completed ahead of the estimated date. Two projects are under construction for Q1 2027 handover on a 20/80 plan: Ashley Hills in Arjan and 11 Hills Park in Dubai Science Park. The buildings share a recognisable specification — rooftop pools, separate gyms, smart locks and face-recognition access, green-building certification — and TownX publishes monthly construction updates with site photos.
