Wynwood is Imtiaz's character building on Dubai Islands — one-, two- and three-bedroom homes and signature duplexes with private rooftop spaces, fully furnished, arranged around a multi-level green podium with floating dining pods, an open-air yoga terrace and a rooftop infinity pool. Handover is scheduled for Q3 2027; construction was 21% along in October 2026.
Wynwood offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences plus exclusive duplex homes with expansive terraces, private rooftop spaces and panoramic views; interiors are fully furnished with high ceilings, panoramic glazing and natural textures. The architecture is the point here: multi-level podium gardens, floating dining pods, a 'whisper steps' courtyard and an iconic feature staircase. Amenities: rooftop infinity pool and sun deck, open-air yoga terrace, fully equipped gym, clubhouse, green courtyard, kids' splash pool and play areas, jacuzzi, BBQ areas, landscaped promenades, reserved VIP parking and EV charging.
Pricing and terms: Imtiaz publishes no prices; the portal listing (October 2025) quotes from AED 1.98M, which we check against the live list. The plan is 20% on booking, instalments during construction and 40% on completion in Q3 2027. The tracker showed 21% overall in October 2026 (sub-structure 98%, super-structure 66%). DLD 4% extra.
The setting: Dubai Islands is Nakheel's five-island redevelopment of the former Deira Islands, just north of the Creek mouth — some 20 km of beach, the Dubai Islands Mall, beach clubs and marinas under construction, linked to Deira by the Infinity Bridge. The draw is new-build beachfront at a fraction of Palm Jumeirah prices with short-term letting generally permitted; the trade-off is that much of the island is still a construction site, with the full retail, hotel and marine-transport offer arriving in phases through the late 2020s. Dubai International Airport is 12–15 minutes by car, Downtown 20–25. Imtiaz puts Downtown, DIFC and the airport at roughly 15–20 minutes.
