Palm Central Private Residences

About Palm Central Private Residences

Palm Central is the residential heart of Palm Jebel Ali — the first apartment-and-townhouse product on Nakheel's second palm, sitting between the frond villas and the island's marina and beach club. One to five bedrooms plus a small set of penthouses, with the island's 80-hotel masterplan rising around them.

Compiled October 2026 from Nakheel’s published project information. Prices and availability move weekly — we confirm the live position before you reserve.
