Le Blanc is a B+G+3P+17+R tower: basement and three podium levels of parking, a ground-floor lobby, 17 residential floors and a rooftop housing the pool, gym and clubhouse. The 323 units break down as 187 studios, 102 one-bedroom, 17 two-bedroom and 17 three-bedroom apartments — an investor-weighted mix with a handful of family layouts on each floor. The concept is 'minimal design with lasting elegance': clean façades, functional plans and shared social spaces rather than show-piece amenities. Amenities listed: rooftop swimming pool, adult and kids' pools, gym, clubhouse, outdoor cinema, outdoor dining and BBQ areas and a kids' zone.

Pricing and terms: Imtiaz does not publish prices; the portal listing (November 2025) quotes from AED 690,000, which we check against the live price list. Two developer plans: 60% during construction and 40% on completion (June 2028), or 70% up to completion with the remaining 30% spread over three years of quarterly post-handover instalments. The developer page gives Q2 2028 as the estimated completion (one FAQ answer says Q4 2028 — we get the SPA date confirmed); the tracker showed 9% overall with the sub-structure 25% done in October 2026. DLD 4% extra.

The setting: Dubailand Residence Complex (DLRC) sits between Dubai Silicon Oasis and Global Village along Emirates Road (E611) and Al Ain Road (E66) — the emirate's most active sub-AED-1M apartment belt. Dubai Outlet Mall, Academic City and Silicon Oasis are the nearest hubs; IMG Worlds, Global Village and Downtown are 20–25 minutes by car. There is no metro and the district is still filling in, so buyers trade walkability and finished amenities for price and some of the strongest gross rental yields in the city. Imtiaz cites direct access to the E66 and E611.

• The payment plan actually on offer for your unit (Imtiaz runs several structures in parallel, some with post-handover instalments) and the completion date written into the SPA, checked against the RERA registration and escrow account.
• The construction stage against the developer's own progress tracker, and what 'fully furnished' includes — furniture schedule, appliances, smart-home kit.
• The exact unit, floor, orientation and view, the service-charge estimate, and whether short-term letting is permitted for the building.
