Inara Residence is described as a boutique mid-rise of ten storeys with basement parking — nine residential floors and a rooftop per broker material — developed through Imtiaz's Dubai South subsidiary. The homes are studios (from about 348 sq ft), one- and two-bedroom apartments (two-beds from about 1,111 sq ft) with open-plan layouts, generous balconies and fully furnished interiors with Alexa integration. The concept leans on landscape: shaded retreats, meandering paths and open lawns around the building, with a pool, clubhouse and fitness centre listed among the amenities. Because the developer has not published the project page yet, the amenity list, unit count and configuration are unverified.

Pricing and terms: portal listings (January 2026) quote from AED 673,000 for studios and about AED 1.6M for two-beds on a 60/40 plan, with construction reported to have started in January 2026 and completion expected in Q1 2028. None of this appears on imtiaz.ae yet, so we take the price list, plan and SPA date from the developer in writing before you reserve. DLD 4% extra.

The setting: Dubai South is the 145 sq km district around Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo City, at the far end of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed and Emirates Roads. Its Residential District is a low-rise, value-led quarter with parks and a growing school and retail offer; the investment case rests on the airport's expansion and Expo City's build-out, both measured in years rather than months. The Route 2020 metro at Expo City is a drive away rather than a walk.

• The payment plan actually on offer for your unit (Imtiaz runs several structures in parallel, some with post-handover instalments) and the completion date written into the SPA, checked against the RERA registration and escrow account.
• The construction stage against the developer's own progress tracker, and what 'fully furnished' includes — furniture schedule, appliances, smart-home kit.
• The exact unit, floor, orientation and view, the service-charge estimate, and whether short-term letting is permitted for the building.
