Pricing and terms: Binghatti quotes 'from AED 679,999' (October 2026); the aggregator portal that lists Binghatti's projects still carries AED 1,049,999, which is wrong against the developer's own page. Binghatti does not state a completion date or payment plan for Titania; brokers quote Q1 2027 and either a 70/30 or a 10%-down 50/50 structure, which conflict — we take both from Binghatti in writing before you reserve. The setting: Majan is a low-rise Dubailand district wrapped around Al Barari, with Majan's own parks a walk away and Global Village and IMG Worlds a few minutes by car. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311), Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), Umm Suqeim Road and Dubai–Al Ain Road are all close, which is the district's real selling point; there is no metro and limited retail inside Majan itself, so it suits buyers who prioritise price and green surroundings over walkability.
