Maravéa is the Dubai debut of Enzo, a boutique developer, and the building is deliberately small: 63 residences across eight residential floors above three floors of amenities, on Dubai Islands off the Deira coast. Six units have private pools, and the three-bedroom Maison is a 4,369 sq ft triplex.
