Imtiaz Developments
The Symphony is Imtiaz's super-high-rise in Meydan Horizon — a mixed-use tower of 290 residences from master one-bedroom suites to four-bedroom duplexes above seven floors of offices, with pools, a yoga studio, library, executive lounge and an observatory deck. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2029 on a 20% booking / instalments / 40% completion plan; construction was 6% along in October 2026.
The Symphony is a 2B+G+5P+34+R tower: two basements, ground floor, five podium levels, 34 floors and a roof. Offices occupy floors 2 to 8 (84 units), seven retail units sit at the base and the 290 residences run from floor 10 to 34 — master one-bedroom suites, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments and exclusive four-bedroom duplexes — with separate lift banks and entrances for the residential and commercial sides. The amenity list is the longest Imtiaz has published: adult and kids' pools with wet and dry sun decks, sauna and steam, indoor and outdoor gyms, yoga studio and pilates area, clubhouse and library, work stations, executive lounge and dining, gaming and fire-pit lounges, an observatory deck, lagoon-viewing terraces, prayer rooms and banquet seating.
Pricing and terms: Imtiaz publishes no prices; the portal listing (December 2025) quotes from AED 2.0M, which we check against the live list. The plan is 20% on booking, staggered instalments between 2026 and 2028 and 40% on completion in Q2 2029. The tracker showed 6% overall in October 2026 (sub-structure 10%) — this is an early-stage, long-dated purchase. DLD 4% extra. Broker material credits the design to Zaha Hadid Architects; Imtiaz's own page does not say so, so we treat that as unconfirmed.
The setting: Meydan Horizon is the lagoon-fronted district taking shape south of Meydan Racecourse and Ras Al Khor, between Al Ain Road and Al Khail Road — about ten minutes from Downtown, Business Bay and Dubai Design District and fifteen from the airport. Most of it is still under construction, so expect several years of works around any early tower; the Downtown-adjacent position, the Ras Al Khor sanctuary views and the planned metro station nearby are the fundamentals. Imtiaz cites Al Ain Road and Al Khail Road access, Downtown, D3, Business Bay and the airport minutes away, and an upcoming metro station nearby.
Compiled October 2026 from Imtiaz Developments' page for this project (unit mix, configuration, amenities, payment plan, completion date and construction progress as published there) and cross-checked against brokerage portals, whose 2025 prices are noted where used.
