Luxor offers studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments across 11 published layouts from 388 to 1,295 sq ft, all fully furnished with bespoke interiors, Italian tiles, branded sanitary ware, built-in appliances, purified drinking and sparkling-water systems, smart-home technology and a 65-inch TV. Amenities: rooftop swimming pool, fully equipped gym, sauna and steam rooms, clubhouse, kids' playground and kids' pool, sitting and BBQ areas, landscaped spaces, plus a business centre, theatre room, sky garden, EV charging and extra visitor parking. The building has direct access to the adjacent parks.
Pricing and terms: Imtiaz publishes no prices; the portal listing (2025) quoted from AED 676,000 and a Q3 2027 handover, but the developer's own page dates completion to Q3 2026 — the portal is a year out. The plan is 20% on booking, 40% in instalments during construction and 40% on completion. The tracker showed 95% overall in October 2026 (finishing 99%, MEP 94%), so handover is imminent and we verify the completion certificate and the final tranche timing. DLD 4% extra.
The setting: Jumeirah Village Circle is Dubai's busiest mid-market rental district — circular, self-contained, full of parks, nurseries and small supermarkets, with Circle Mall at its centre and quick access to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road. Dubai Hills Mall, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Media City are all within about fifteen minutes by car; there is no metro, so budget for parking. Furnished studios and one-beds let quickly here, but there is a lot of similar stock to compete with. Imtiaz puts Sheikh Zayed Road about 15 minutes away.
