Handover was scheduled for June 2026 on a 20/40/40 plan; Imtiaz's tracker showed 95% complete in October 2026, so we are confirming the handover position.
Beach Walk III offers studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments with open-plan living, modern finishes and private balconies, all delivered fully furnished with equipped kitchens and selected furnishings — the ready-to-let formula the series is known for. Amenities: rooftop infinity pool, jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, clubhouse, kids' zone, BBQ areas, landscaped gardens and promenades, an outdoor yoga retreat, a grand entrance with meet-and-greet lounge and direct access to the neighbouring parks and beach. Imtiaz notes that Dubai Islands buildings generally permit short-term rentals, subject to licensing — worth confirming for this building specifically.
Pricing and terms: Imtiaz publishes no prices; the portal listing (early 2025) quoted from AED 1.8M for the studio-to-two-bed mix, which we check against the live list. The plan is 20% on booking, 40% in construction-linked instalments and 40% on completion, which the developer dated June 2026. The October 2026 tracker read 95% overall (finishing 93%, MEP 94%, structure 100%) — a few months behind the stated date — so we verify the revised completion and handover timeline before you reserve. The setting: Dubai Islands is Nakheel's five-island redevelopment of the former Deira Islands, just north of the Creek mouth — some 20 km of beach, the Dubai Islands Mall, beach clubs and marinas under construction, linked to Deira by the Infinity Bridge. The draw is new-build beachfront at a fraction of Palm Jumeirah prices with short-term letting generally permitted; the trade-off is that much of the island is still a construction site, with the full retail, hotel and marine-transport offer arriving in phases through the late 2020s. Dubai International Airport is 12–15 minutes by car, Downtown 20–25. Beach Walk III is a three-minute walk from the shore and adjacent to the island's largest mall.
