Common questions

Do you charge for the shortlist?

No. Our commission is paid by the developer on a successful reservation, at rates set by each developer. You never pay us for advice, viewings or research.

I’m outside the UAE — can I buy remotely?

Yes. Most of our clients reserve remotely with a passport copy and a signed reservation form, using the developer’s digital signature platform. Handover can also be handled with a power of attorney.

Will you tell me if a project is a bad idea?

Yes — it’s the only reason this site is worth building. If a project fails your brief, the search says so, and the call says so more bluntly.

Is the data on this site live?

Partially. The project set and community signals are a curated snapshot compiled in October 2026 from public developer and masterplan material. Prices and availability move weekly, so we confirm the live position with the developer before you reserve — and we say so on every project page.
